DISTRICT 3 and M&T BANK FORMALLY ANNOUNCE TITLE SPONSOR PARTNERSHIP
PIAA District 3 and M&T Bank are pleased to formally announce M&T Bank’s sponsorship of the District 3 Championships. M&T has committed to sponsorship of the current spring championships and all of District 3′s championships in 16 sports in the 2012-2013 school year. The agreement has three additional option years.
The sponsorship, the first of its kind for District 3, began with the contract signing on April 17 just before the district’s annual meeting in Hershey. Since then, both M&T Bank and District 3 have moved swiftly to actively promote M&T’s sponsorship and integrate the bank into the district’s championship series.
